More On Puppy Linux.

History

Having been a UNIX/Linux devotee since the ark disgourged its cargo and a professional programmer (predominantly pascal and object pascal), I discovered Puppy quite by accident.

A friend asked if I could install Lazarus(Delphi clone) on his version of Linux, so I did. His version of Linux was Puppy 4.1.2. So I went visited the Puppy Linux site and downloaded the iso of 4.1.2, burnt it to a cd and booted it.

A revelation, an epiphany...I dont know what...100mb and it does this...I was hooked...the rest as they say is history...

My original 4.1.2 has grown to full HD install with all my development tools and some...so what is this web site for?

I just want to pass on some information, experiences and basically 'spread the word' to the unconverted...Puppy is great.
